In his third season as Music Director of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, Conductor André Raphel Smith enjoys a reputation as one of this countrys most exciting artists. Why Write? Workshop with Sage Academy

Kelvin De’Marcus Allen presents: Looking Back to Move Forward— “Why Write?” Workshop” to high school students at Sage Academy in Chatham County North Carolina, November 15, 2005.

The interactive workshop is designed to teach students the importance of personal memories in the writing process. Students are encouraged to write about their lives to gain a better understanding of their own unique personal histories, and to inspire them to use those memories to pursue and complete their individual goals
.
